The Utah Division of Natural Resource has teamed up with Brigham City Recreation to offer a community fishing program for area youth ages 6-13. The courses will be taught at Pioneer Park Pond on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. To register online, click here.
The youth will be teamed up with a certified mentor that has completed the DNR training classes. All materials for the courses will be provided in the mentor packets. If a youth needs to borrow a fishing pole, arrangements can be made through the Brigham City Recreation Department.
